Enrique Perez-Gonzalez studied Engineering Communications and Electronics at the ITESM University in Mexico City, Where he graduated in 2002. During his engineering studies he did a one-year internship in RMIT in Melbourne, Australia where he specialized in Audio. From 1999 to 2005 he worked at the audio rental company SAIM, one of the biggest audio companies in Mexico, where he work as technology manager and audio system engineer for multiple international live concerts. He graduated with distinction with an MSc in Music technology at The University of York in 2006, where he worked on Delta Sigma Modulators systems. He completed his PhD in 2010 on Advance Tools for Automated Mixing at the Center for Digital Music in Queen Mary, University of London. From 2011 he has been working for the audio products manufacturer Solid State Logic. Where he initially started as a Product Manager to develop a family of new Live consoles and spearhead the development of their newest processing and control platform, Tempest. In 2012 He became Head of R&D for SSL and became part of the Senior Management Team. From April 2014 Enrique joined the Board of Directors and is the Chief Technology Officer in charge of all R&D and technology strategy for SSL.
